Resumo
O Level é um app de planejamento de investimentos pessoais. Os dados que você digita ficam no seu iPhone. O Level não tem conta de usuário, não tem servidor próprio, não mostra anúncios e não rastreia você.

Dados que ficam só no seu iPhone
Estes dados são salvos apenas no aparelho. O Level não os envia a ninguém:
- Sua carteira: classes de ativos, valores, metas de alocação e aportes.
- Seus objetivos, seu plano de aporte, sua reserva de emergência e sua previdência.
- Suas preferências e o horário do lembrete de investimento. O lembrete é uma notificação local, criada pelo próprio iPhone.
Se você usa o Backup do iCloud, o iOS pode incluir esses dados no backup do aparelho. Esse backup é controlado pela Apple e pela sua Conta Apple, não pelo Level.
Dados de assinatura (Level Pro)
Quando você assina o Level Pro, a compra é feita pela Apple. O Level nunca recebe seu cartão, seu nome ou seu e-mail.
Para confirmar a assinatura, o Level usa o serviço RevenueCat. O RevenueCat recebe:
- Um identificador anônimo, criado aleatoriamente no app. Ele não contém seu nome nem seu e-mail.
- O histórico de compras: qual plano, quando começou, quando renova e se está ativo.
- Informações técnicas do app, como a versão do app e do iOS, o idioma e a moeda da loja.
Usamos esses dados apenas para liberar o Level Pro, validar compras, evitar fraudes e ver números agregados das assinaturas. O RevenueCat age como operador desses dados e os protege com o mesmo nível de cuidado descrito aqui.
O que o Level não faz
- Não vende nem compartilha seus dados para publicidade.
- Não rastreia você em outros apps ou sites.
- Não usa ferramentas de análise ou de anúncios.
- Não se conecta a bancos ou corretoras e não movimenta dinheiro.
Por quanto tempo guardamos os dados
Os dados no iPhone ficam lá até você apagá-los ou apagar o app. Ao apagar o app, o iOS apaga todos os dados dele.
Os dados de assinatura ficam no RevenueCat enquanto forem necessários para a assinatura e para obrigações legais e fiscais.
Seus direitos (LGPD)
Pela Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei 13.709/2018), você pode pedir acesso, correção ou exclusão dos seus dados, e pode revogar seu consentimento.
- Para apagar os dados do iPhone, apague o app.
- Para apagar os dados de assinatura, abra no Level: Ajustes → Level Pro → Detalhes da conta, e copie o "ID do usuário". Envie esse ID para anacamargosvl@gmail.com. Com ele, encontramos e apagamos o registro no RevenueCat.
- Para cancelar a assinatura, use Ajustes → [seu nome] → Assinaturas no iPhone.
Respondemos em até 15 dias. Você também pode falar com a Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
Crianças
O Level não é feito para menores de 13 anos e não coleta dados de crianças de forma intencional.

Summary
Level is an app to plan personal investments. The data that you type stays on your iPhone. Level has no user account and no server of its own. It shows no ads and does not track you.

Data that stays only on your iPhone
Level saves this data only on the device and sends it to nobody:
- Your portfolio: asset classes, values, allocation targets, and contributions.
- Your goals, your contribution plan, your emergency reserve, and your pension.
- Your preferences and the time of the investing reminder. The reminder is a local notification that the iPhone makes.
If you use iCloud Backup, iOS can include this data in the backup of the device. Apple and your Apple Account control that backup, not Level.
Subscription data (Level Pro)
When you subscribe to Level Pro, Apple processes the purchase. Level never receives your card, your name, or your email.
To confirm the subscription, Level uses the service RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives:
- An anonymous identifier that the app makes at random. It does not contain your name or your email.
- The purchase history: which plan, when it started, when it renews, and whether it is active.
- Technical information about the app, such as the app and iOS versions, the language, and the currency of the store.
We use this data only to open Level Pro, validate purchases, prevent fraud, and see totals of the subscriptions. RevenueCat is a processor of this data and protects it with the same care that this policy describes.
What Level does not do
- It does not sell or share your data for advertising.
- It does not track you across other apps or websites.
- It uses no analytics or advertising tools.
- It does not connect to banks or brokers, and it does not move money.
How long we keep the data
The data on the iPhone stays there until you erase it or delete the app. When you delete the app, iOS deletes all of its data.
RevenueCat keeps the subscription data while the subscription and legal or tax obligations need it.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent.
- To delete the data on the iPhone, delete the app.
- To delete the subscription data, open Level → Settings → Level Pro → Account details, and copy the "User ID". Send this ID to anacamargosvl@gmail.com. We then find and delete the record in RevenueCat.
- To cancel the subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on the iPhone.
We answer in 15 days or less.
Children
Level is not made for children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
